Shipping

  1. When can I expect my order? Every order will be processed within two (2) days, meaning it will be safely packaged and taken to the package store within that time. The shipping time estimate will be based on where you live and what type of shipping you chose. Generally speaking, orders should arrive within seven (7) business days of placing your order. This estimate includes the processing time.

  2. What happens if my package does not show up when it is expected? If you do not receive your shipment when you expect it, please contact me immediately, and I will work with you and the shipping company to locate your order.

  3. How much will it cost? Standard ground shipping is free for domestic orders. All other shipping options will be provided at an added cost.

Returns

  1. If my order has been damaged or lost in transit, what are my options? I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact me within two (2) days if there is something wrong with your order. It’s important to document through pictures what happened so that I can help you. Lost orders will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If your order was damaged, you will need to return it to me with the same packaging materials. In some cases the artwork can be repaired. If the artwork cannot be repaired, a full refund will be issued to you within thirty (30) days.

  2. If I do not like the artwork, what are my options? If you are dissatisfied with the artwork for any reason, you have seven (7) days from arrival to notify me if you’d like to return it. It must be shipped in its original packaging. Once I have received your order, I will issue you a full refund in the form of store credit.
